We discovered from reading reviews that Lane today is made with inferior materials and Lane no longer stands behind their product. $18000 is fixed at these moment but I'll try to increase. Ask for all of the paper work up front, including return policies, warranties, and papers you will need to sign at delivery. Lane says its not their problem even though its their dealer and it was taken because of their terrible workmanship. . We could reorder, but it would be another 6-8 weeks. The one that has Lane is sorry she didn't wait and save a little more so she could have purchased a better quality sofa.
