The quality is excellent, but the workings of the buckle are not intuitive and took a while to figure out. Now for starters Im not giving it a 3 because it was utter shit, its build really well and the QD is smooth and easy enough to use/reattach(though it can be a bit if a pain but that seems to be a universal issue with tubular QDs)
