This was not a vacation for me, I cleaned and did laundry as if I was at home. It is recommended you make shuttle reservations at least 12 hours in advance.

The rooms were a little bit older than I expected.

The two units we visited differed a little in terms of color scheme and layout, but featured the same contemporary style, with rich wood furniture, neutral tones, granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms and homey decor such as leaf-designed ceiling fans. Exceeded our expectations I couldnt live there and fully enjoy the resort. Many guests choose to swim in the pool thats nearest to their building, since other pools can be a 15- to 20-minute walk (or five-minute drive) away, due to the Sheratons sprawling layout.

The three-and-a-half-pearl Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas- Lake Buena Vista feels more like a small town than a hotel. Room was spacious, parking was easy and free, a nice pool area (there are 7 of them!)

Wi-Fi and parking are free. It was a bit more luxurious and new looking, so the room was not exactly what I expected.

It sells grocery items, souvenirs, and beach apparel, and has a full-service Boars Head deli. Its like home to me. Key West is a nice option for families, as well, as it is located at the back of the resort and therefore quieter.

The Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas is located about a half-hour from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

The mini-market is an excellent amenity for families. The Sheraton offers great value for families, but it may not be the best place for couples or business travelers, who may prefer the nearby Orlando World Center Marriott, though it tends to be pricier.

No communication was made that my belongings will be cleared of the room after 11AM. Friendly staff.

Overall nice resort, villa was very clean and we got the updated villa. Security officer claimed everything was secured in their office and forced me to sign papers that everything was returned to us.

The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport, and I took the Uber because there was no transfer service from the hotel. It was so nice to be able to sit outside at night and not be bothered by bugs! Thank you for your review! Over all it was clean and a nice place to stay.

Sheraton Vistana Villages is a timeshare property, and guests will briefly be educated about this upon check-in. It was relatively close to the main theme parks, so I didnt have to ask for a rental car, and an Uber was enough. At the mai Tai bar and Assuro pizza place, very confusing, ordered food at the bar, but bar staff would not bring food out, had to go pick up ourselves, resort made the presentation that it was an Italian restaurant. I had a nice stay at this hotel. The resorts location on I-Drive means youre also close to area restaurants and all of the amusements including the Orlando Eye at I-Drive 360. The Cascades Pool has waterfalls and shallow splash pads, the Lakes Pool has a zero-entry point, the Fountains Pool has designated lap lanes, and the Falls Pool has its own waterslide. Will stay here again.

I dont understand why you dont clean the rooms everyday. Unfortunately, the staff at the supermarket seemed impatient and unfriendly.

Staff were amazing. I will say though that the internet all throughout the property is garbage but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

There are theme parks such as Disney World and Universal Studios and also white beaches.

The Sheraton Vistana has three on-site restaurants and a mini-market. Location great near seaword ,outlets etc.. the resort is so big you have to drive everywhere .they should have go karts/shutters taking you around the property. Property is fantastic with beautiful pools and spacious suites. Would definitely recommend this place. All About the Extras

Restaurants in the US are often expensive, so I bought ingredients at a nearby organic supermarket and ate dinner and breakfast in the room. We verify reviews to ensure the traveler booked with Expedia Group.

Nice quiet area to come back to after a day at the theme park with a nice pool area.

The resort is big with a nice schedule of daily activities arranged by the resort for the whole family such as movie nights by the pool, sports competitions, ..etc.

The resort actually has three fitness centers: one in Key West (open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.) and the other two in Bella and St. Augustine (open 24 hours).

Groups get spread out. In the end, all they can offer is to investigate what happened through the form that they badly needed to me to fill out before I leave.

Kevin the manager, basicly told me to suck it. The room and amenities were nice and clean, the welcome center answered all of our questions and accommodated us nicely, everyone was very friendly.

Our booked unit was not ready upon our arrival at 4PM check in time (which is by itself not quite an early check-in time considering check-out is at 10AM), we were told to wait until unit was made ready without a commitment of expected wait time given, upon multiple requests they agreed to switch us to a different ready unit.

10am checkout & AC temperature fluctuated in bedroom with door closed. The food on site has much to be desired.

Disappointed in communication with staff.

My kids also loved all the birds, turtles, and fish on the property.

Not sure I will be back next year.

The pools were great and the food at zimmies was good along with the new pizza place. The resort has at least 3 main pools which were very nice and suitable for kids of all ages, in addition to playgrounds. Good Room location and layout. There was a fountain, and it felt like I came to a resort.

There was an iron and an ironing board inside. The only thing that a mess for me is the wifis connection ; is very bad specially if you are outside but still near to your room. Reservations are recommended. Please visit us again soon!

No housekeeping, no wifi the room was a bit outdated; not all utensils were provided, pool, staff was very friendly, really liked the texting feature for things needed.
